Delay in giving refill, misbehave over phone, permanent switched off booking mobile no

I HAVE MY LPG CONNECTION WITH NUMBER 23754 AT YADU GAS AGENCY, D-33, SITE-4, SAHIBABAD INDL. AREA SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD, UP.WHENEVER I BOOK FOR MY REFILL THEY ALWAYS DELIVER AFTER SEVEN DAYS. WHEN I ASK FOR DOUBLE BOTTLE CONNECTION (DBC) THEY ASK TO COME NEXT MONTH.THIS MAKES ME VERY MUCH TROUBLESOME.I AM HAVING ONLY ONE CYLINDER.BESIDE THIS THEY HAVE THEIR MOBILE NUMBER FOR BOOKING-9818792244 WHITH IS ALWAYS SWITCHED OFF.

I BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 01/01/08 AND WHEN I RANG ON 03/01/08 ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY BOOKING THE LADY WHO RECEIVED CALL ''ARUNA'' SAID THAT THE DELIVERY WILL BE AFTER SEVENTH OF JANUARY WHEN I SAID WHY SO LATE SHE SHOUTED AND SAID NOW DELIVERY WILL BE AFTER TENTH OF JANUARY OR LATER.

SUCH SUFFERINGS ARE NOT NEW FOR ME.

SO I REQUEST U TO CONSIDER FOR NECESSARY ACTION FOR THEIR SUCH BEHAVIOUR AND LATE SERVICES AND NON AVAILABILITY OF DBC.
