On the 16th may i had made a booking for maruthy Ritz Vdi through indus' sales executive by paying Rs.1000/.. On 18th the same executive called me and said he will arrange immediate delivery of the vehicle provided that I pay the balance within couple of days. Accordingly I remitted the balance of the on road cost Rs.5, 59200/ excluding insurance charges on 25/5 by cash vide their Rt. No 2038 dtd 25/5. From the next day onward the sales executive evaded from my telephone calls. finally when I got him over phone he was just bluffing with nonsense excuses like load dispatched from maruthy udyog which has not reached so far or its where about not known and so on.
when I understood the delivery would not be effected in the coming days, I demanded refund citing the irresponsible attitude of the sales executive and the connivance of the management of Indus in collecting full value of vehicle knowing no possibility to deliver the vehicle.the amount was refunded on 4th june with a short of Rs.1000/ thru account payee cheque. it took another 4 days to get collected. the balance amount Rs.1000/ is still not refunded.
I think it is deliberate cheating
