Non-delivery of LPG cylinder_domestic intime

Dear Sir,

I am LPG gas consumer (domestic), I deal with Gugan Indane Gas Agencies, Kumalankuttai, Erode who is the distributor of my area, My consumer No. 21599. My problem is that after booking on 30.11.11 just a month after last delivery, the cylinder is not supplied till today 9th December. It is learnt from the distributor that LPG bottling plant at Perundurai, Erode is not suppling enough loads to the requirement accordingly to the distributor. And so the delay in delivery. As our area, THINDAL, Erode occupied by families caring for children's education and going for jobs, we, parents are much often troubled with non-delivery of cylinder intime. Please take necessary steps to solve the crisis sothat we couldeffectively do the duty

in office.
