Air Ticket -JetLite
Amount deducted from account but PNR not generated

I was trying to book a flight ticket Jet Lite

S2-242 and an amount of 4, 547.00 got deducted from my account. When contacted airtline they said that the money hasnt gone to the airline account because of which the PNR is not generated. The details of transaction is given below.

CCA100412146IG19510878 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE.

Pl do the needful at the earliest. I need to get it refunded.
