Refund of ticket fares

I had purchased 7 Air tickets "PTA" for Mumbai - Jeddah - Mumbai. from Jeddah kindom of Saudi arabia, in the year of 1987, thru a ticket agence Named Bakur Travels. Due to some reasons the passenger did not traveled. so i went to return the tickets but i found the travel agence closed. so i went to the Air India head office at Jeddah and explained the case, the Manager Mr. Nihal asked me to hand over the tickets to him, as there is a case between bakur travel and air India is going on the court. as soon finalise, i will get my money back.

i asked him any acknowledgement of handing over the tickets he gave me a disc Number and said it is quit enoght for my reference. and on i kept on metting him till years he jst said the case is not yet finished, at end i happend to return my country. so i asked Mr. Nihal that what shall i do as i am going back to my country, he said you can go the Air India office and can follow up them. so i came back to mumbai, and went air India office, they cleanly refuesd we doestnt have any records as it is almost 10 years old.

i do humbly requesting that the amount worth is more then 9000/- saudi Riyals in 1987.

i just heared about the consumer complaint is doing well so i approeched to this colom. i can produce the details of the tickets on further details.so kindly advise me what to do in this case.
