Didn't get the cylinde

Dear sir

i am a senior citizen of muzaffarpur (bihar).i am a consumer of ajay hp gas agency muzaffarpur.my consumer number is 608352.my refill booked number is of 21-07 and till today i didn't get the cylinder.there vendors comes and sell the cylinders in black rate.even they are not responding on calls.

plz help me out to sort my problem.
