Fraud calling as CAR WINNER in NEWSPAPER AD

Fraud advertisment in newspaper Punya Nagri - Marathi Newspaper. Ad posted on 13th Feb that identify the face and win Car or Cash Price.

To answer dail 07654946073, 08083456900 ans 08804112885. After reading the ad I called and answer the correct option and later they informed me that luck draw will be there and if you will be the winner then we will provide you a car or if you request then instead of car a CASH PRISES equivalent to your CAR amt i.e 320000/-

But they also mentioend that fisrt you have to pay tax Rs. 4500/-. They provided the account no. and account holder name

Account no. was of SBI BANK : 31878608601

Account holder was: Ajay kumar Sharma

After hereing this I started ignoring them from past 2 days. They were calling from a different no. i.e. 09546636366. Finally they told that you are the lucky winner and we will do the credit within 15 mins once we receive an mat from your side.

Acordingly I have deposited the same. agian they ask me to deposit transcation fees Rs. 2560/-. I said them that previously it was not been informed to me. Now I got it that thye are fraud and there advertise too was a fraud attmept to cheat me. Thus I have plaved a request to my bank to hold the amt. They have hold the amt. But bank are not refunding me the amt. they requrie teh NOC from Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha. Even BANK staff are saying that even he will not be able to withdraw the amt as transcation is on hold.

I want my money back of Rs, 4500/- Kindly take action against such fraud team how have issued advertisment in newspaper for the contest.
