This is to bring to your attention that I had purchased Suzuki GS 150R with down payment from Akshay Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. MIth Chowky Malad (W)
On the very next day I had noticed spot on fuel tank wherein color has damaged and further it is touch-up from Akshay Suzuki.
With immediate effect on the very next day I had brought to notice to service station personally to customer care staff as well as to Mr. Pradeep Ghia (GM)
I felt so awful and disgressfull when Pradeep Ghia refused to acknowledge the deffect occured on originally damaged vehicle. The damaged fuel tank color has been touched-up intentionally and while purchasing the same was not clearly visible which has noticed prominently.
I had constantly in persuation of replacement of fuel tank and the job card has also been made in the last week in the same regards. Mr. Verma from Service department has also assured me for replacement of old damaged tank with new tank but no initiatives been taken so far.
My vehicle stands under warrenty and inspite of bringing Akshay Automobile Pvt. Ltd. into notice and many reminders no concrete action has been taken so far.
This incidence is resulted in cheating and forgery against consumer. Therefore I insist Akshay Automobiole Pvt. Ltd. to replace fuel tank else allot me new vehicle. Such incidences damages and spoiling brand image of Suzuki.
