“Maruti” is the prestigious and well-known brand for its automobile prodcuts – most particularly for its cars. Every Indian has proud for its own product of Maruti.
Sir, with this impression, I have booked my dream car “Alto LXi CNG” on 11/09 with your dealer Kataria Automobiles Ltd– one of the prestigious dealer in Ahmedabad (through Sales Executive Ms. Nita Shukla – Mobile No.99244 41608) and have paid booking amount of Rs.11, 000/- vide receipt no.32549 dated 11/09 (scanned copy attached). At the time of booking, I was assured by Kataria to give me delivery of my dream car as on “Dassera” i.e. on 17/10.
Today (12/10), I visited office of Kataria for making full payment of balance amount. I met Ms. Nita Shukla, Sales Executive and requested her to accept my payment. She verified her record and found that she has ordered for Alto LXi Petrol car instead of Alto LXi CNG. You can also check with receipt that she has made booking for Alto LXi CNG only. Now when I visited Kataria for full payment, she found her mistake in placing order with you. She accepted that it is a mistake on her part that she has given an order for Alto LXi Petrol instead of Alto LXi CNG. When I heard from Ms. Nita Shukla that she is unable to give delivery of Alto LXI CNG car on schedule delivery date, I was shocked.
Sir, you know “Maruti” is known for its products, sales, after sales service and over all customer relationship with its customer. I also heard that the company will maintain its relations at any cost. Sir, in this case from the receipt you will also agree with me that there is no mistake on my part. I am sure, in my case also, to keep the faith of customer – like me, the company will do something and arrange to deliver me my dream car Alto LXi CNG at any cost on promised date, i.e. “Dasera” i.e. on 17/10.
Based on the above fact, I am sure, you will do your best in my favour by informing Karatia to give me delivery of my ordered car. On hearing from you, I will make payment of remaining full amount immediately. Therefore, I humbly request you to confirm delivery of my Alto LXi CNG car on “Dasera” i.e. on 17/10 and oblige.
I have good regard and respect to the Company and it is the priority of the company to maintain customer relationship. Therefore, it is an opportunity for the Company to prove once more the excellent customer relationship with your valuable customers at any cost.
I will appreciate for a line of confirmation of delivery from you.
