Delayed repair - Six Long Months

Dear Sir,

Mahindra First choice in Industrial Estate Guindy has taken around six months to repair my Car the Mahindra Logan TN 49 AB 5559,

the agony is that inspite of car being taken for service on the 30th Oct is still pending delivery as of 22 April.

i have went through grave mental agony of having to keep reminding them for early repair with futile developments, Consumer complain in mahindra doesnt seem to work!

to add to the misery is the way the insurance claim was handled.

for all those who are thinking of opting for Mahindra First choice, i would suggest dont even keep it as a last choice!
