We have booked domestic gas cylinder on 7th March. At the time of booking, we were informed that the gas will be shipped after 25 days. But still there is no proper response. Today (10.4.20112) we enquired about the delaying of delivering gases. They replied to wait for 25 days more. Then we asked them to book the second cylinder but they are forcing us to wait till the first cylinder is delivered. We have no kerosene option in ration card. Then how can we manage daily fuel needs.??? Kindly guide what can we do.
