I am Dr. K.Saraswathi Gopal and we have a gas connection in the name of my husband Dr. K.Gopal, IAS (Consumer No: 15790). The cyclinder is supplied through Anbu Gas Indane Agency, Arumbakkam. Most of the time all the phone numbers of the agency (26224711, 26194849 & 26264727) are engaged and it is difficult to give the booking through phone. There is inordinate delay in booking and also delivery of the cyclinders. Most of the time we run out of gas and always one cylinder is empty. I request you to take suitable action.
