Non-delivery of cylinde

I have booked for a refill on 08/09 with APSCSC Ltd, Padmarao Nagar Gas company and got a wait list number 4852. So far I have not received my refill. I have tried my level best to contact them over phone but those phones are always busy or not being attended to. My consumer No. is 42572. Hope I will get either a reply or refill at least now...
