Buy back old batteris when new battries purchased

Sir,

This is to inform you that today I went to purchase one battrie for my ford feista the dealer told me that the old battrie will not be taken back. As well as all the battries in the market are being taken back at Rs 600/- per battrie.

Therfore i would request ford india to buy back the old battries as well as in the market the battries are being taken back.
