Delay in supply of Gas & the person who supply gas to us seems to be fraud

I hereby complain that every month after booking cylinder their will be delay from Agency or from the person who supply cylinder to us. When enquired with Anugrah Agency, it was told already sent, but the person who supply makes delay in supplying cylinder to us everytime. When asked to him regarding delay, he gives some or the other reason. Everytime month he expects us to call him (One who supply cylinder). This problem happens to us every month

Please give justice for this.
