Ticket refund

This is with reference to my online booking on bookmyshow for which my money was debited from my account twice for the same ticket at megharaj on 27th december vashi for 3 idiots at 1.30 p.m. I did not receive any sms from bookmyshow neither i got any mail. After making several attempts to get through your customer executive i could not get through any calls cause the waiting period keeps of changing from 23 minutes to 48. This has been horrible for me as i have already made calls upto 200 Rs tried mailing them there is no response. Appretiate if some one looks into this matter
