Money deducted without ticket booking

i was booking my ticket on 18th feb for "ek deewana tha " but transaction got failed and amount was deducted from my account then i called customer care and it got refunded on 20th feb but again they have deducted 700 rs from my account on 28/02. i don't know why it is deducted again from my account.my details are below
