Non providing of suitable desired envoirment tahn misbehaviour and providing worst food

I had visited Fun Cinemas in June where i had not been provided suitable envoirment, as it is very hot season and airconditining was not working in the hall, as we have asked for the same, the refuse and than make execuse that airconditioning is working, than i asked to show the temperature, there was no temprature available. No toarchman was available to show you the seats, food made avilable to me was not of desired quality and standard, as i was served in bad positing as old food. The detailed complain is lodged at itself in the Cinemas, Jhotwara, J"aipur and than on the fun cinemas website on 21.06. but i had not been given any reply as i had asked for the compensation and money back
