I had booked 10 tickets from PVR site on date 11th June with debit card for movie Ready
Due to some error the transaction failed, but money was deducted from my account. I have claim same to PVR cinema Raipur but staff over here not cooperative and does not given any information for the same. i have also called to customer care but of no use, this should be taken to consumer forum if things are not working properly with proper coorporation
Even after providing them with phone no and reference mail id that was used to book the tickets for reference, there is yet no reply from there side.
Highly frustrated over such non customer services provided by PVR
