Hi,

Myself and my wife been to hindi movie called house full on 1sy may for 5p.m show. I got the seat number B-20 and 21 respectively at Lido fame ulsoor for which I paid rs300 each (Rs.600). My complaint is all about seat provided was in bad condition and I bought this to theatre maintenance people but they couldn’t repair the chair and they didn’t provided the alternate seating also, being paid so much amount also There was No one to help, only answer I got the answer was please adjust for yourself and I didn’t had the spirit to watch the movie in such pathetic seating and lot of people started complaining about the poor seating. I request the authority to refund my money and by taking hefty amount also they couldn’t provide proper seating, I request audience to be aware of all this before going to lido fame...

Very bad management of Lido fame and request audience not to go at all for Lido fame.
