I've called, emailed and even personally complained several times to the tommy hilfiger staff but no action has been taken for over 4 months.

On 20-6, after making a purchase of over Rs 20, 000 I was redeemed 10% discount and was given a note from Select citywalk Mall, Primus sports Pvt. Ltd. tommy store, saying that I'm a gold card member now and that it will be mailed to me in two weeks time and till then my silver card will act as access to the club privileges - Mr Shailesh Chaturvedi (Chief Executive Officer) Arvind Murjani Brands Pvt. Ltd. But since then it's been more than 3 months, and i have asked for it several times from the staff, but yet I havent received it. On 9-10 I bought a tommy shirt (Bill No. B7/14332) chandigarh, Kapsons Fashion Pvt. Ltd., and I wasn't redeemed 10% discount on it since I didn't get a gold card from you guys and he didn't except neither silver card nor that note from tommy hilfiger. And moreover, Mr Ravneet was very rude and embarrassed me. I have all the bills of my purshase over 20, 000. Please Kindly see to this matter and if i still dont get a feedback then i'll have to go to the consumer court. I used to be a big tommy hilfiger fan but now I'm very much disappointed by their attitude towards their customers. I have wasted my hard earned money & loads of time, but of no use. I will have to simply file a suit against them. To get compensation for wasting my time & above all for all the harrasment caused by the tommy hilfiger's unprofessional staff.
