I had purchased a ladies purse from Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad on 10 Dec 10 for Rs 2075/- with a warranty of one year. i am also having the original bill. now the inner layer of the purse has started peeling off and i have sent a e mail and tried tele calls to customercare of the company Baggit India but they just do not respond neither attend to tele calls saying faulty tele no etc i have got fed up trying to contact them and it seems to be a matter of fraud. pl help
