i was purchased flotter which serial number.876-S118 on 23-02 from sharma exclusive hub
an authorised dealer of BATA ltd. kathua
there is problem occured in my flotter whose size 10 and RS.379
the problem is that the strip of one side of my flotter is made of leather is broke... so i returned it to showroom on 04-03...
but there is no feedback of customer service...
my feedback to BATA ltd. is that firstly you should able to provide after sale service than your sale will automatically promoted...
if my problem is not solved within 7 days then i will lodge a claim against your company
