Bata chappls
Damaged in 10days

Dear sir,

iam using Bata chappals, sandles, shoes from my childhood. Now our product is good but, service is not not at all good. I bought bata chappals last month. It was damaged. I lost my bill, So, i bought new chappals 10 days before. Again it is damaged. i went to Laxmipuram branch, Guntur.{A.P.}. they are rotating me around store past two days. They are giving answer very harsh version. I want best service from my Bata Brand. Please lookover about these persons causing to create bad opinion about brands. now, pls give me suggession what i have to do? my chappals cost is 249Rs.money is not matter, but, service is important thing.
