Damaged Sole

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a shoes as on date 04/03 from BATA INDIA LTD, H-3 KINGSWAY CAMP, HUDSON LANE, NEW DELHI, but within 4 months his soles dameged. I have contacted from above mentioned shop for my damaged sole, but they replied that firstly you have to register your complaint to Bata India Customer Care, they will issue a letter against your complaint for repair, replacement or exchange your shoes, then we will take action against your letter issued by issuing authority (Bata India) to you.

I am requesting to you please take necessary steps against my request to solve my problem.
