I am Sumil from Cochin (kerala). I am a regular customer of Bata, Last time i baught a shoe from Bata showroom located in M.G road ernakulam, now the shoe is having complaint. The pasting has gone off, like pealing off the upper layer from right shoe while the other is perfect, When i went to your showroom they ask me the bill but i missed the bill even though he recognize me. I even hardly used around 2-3 months Please solve my problem at the earliest.
I am looking for your reply. I am extremely conscious about the quality of a product and customer satisfaction, as we take utmost care to retain our customers in my organization, where i work. I would expect a similar role from Bata India limited too.
