There product shoes category no.8214942 new SCO @ rS.1299.00 are very poor quality

I have purchased a pair of bata shoes from BATA INDIA LTD, 36 Paltan Bazar, Dehradun vide their cash memo No.17-05/1/001 for Rs. 1299.00 on dt. 17-05, It is very sorry to say that the quality is so bad that it has been broken from inside within these few days. I am very old customer of bata, but now i should say that now company is not struct to their quality. The shoe category is shown in cm is 8214942. Ab to lagta hai yeh company bhi cheater ho gayi hai.
