I bought new shoes from lajpat nagar and found out after wearing for half day that blue gel-fit embedded in the shoe is causing severe damage to my foot as it became all swollen up and red from my sole area today me and my wife went back to store asking for exchange the store in charge Vijay first neglected us and answered abruptly that he cannot change it as per company policy as i have already tried the shoes and is not his problem and there is a helpline number if i have any complaints upon calling helpline the guy on the other end was not anwering saying i am inaudible i tried calling from my wife phone he kept on saying hello-hello and hung up the phone after that I informed Mr. Vijay and he wrote my name without contact details saying call customer care if they call we will tell them you came.
