I have purchased a pair of sleepers from company operated showroom at 36 paltan bazar, dehradun for cost of Rs.199.after 5 days of use the upper material of the sleeper got damaged itself. I too lost the bill.when i went to the showroom, retailer said that i have to bring a mail letter from the company regarding the solution of the issue.
