Wrong size shoe delivery

I have purcahsed a pair of power shoes (Size 7) frm bata.in on 12th Nov. with promising delivery within 5-7 days. but on 18th Nov. they update the status as invoice generated and then on 22 nov, they shipped it. i received the packest on 26th Nov. i.e. after 14 days.. on opening the box I felt shocked that instead of 7size, the shoes were of 6 size. A foolish mistake by such a big footwear company. I make a complaint on 27th Nov regarding this (complaint number: 201142070) and i was told to get response within 48 hrs but when i did not get any calll from bata then i again called to custmoer care (kasht se maro) it was again shocking that they told me to w8 for 7 more days to just get a reply and not the solution. I am very disappiointed from this. it was my biggest mistake in life in online shopping. other online shoe stores are far far better than Bata.

Shame on Bata. guys please do not buy anything from Bata. let us dicard the bata together.
