Sub: Damage of shoes sole–complaint regarding

I am a regular user of Bata shoes. I have purchased a shoes from the showroom of Malegaon Dis-Nashik Maharastra after paying Rs.699 since date 31/1. Shoes’ sole has found cracksin horizontical direction.

S.L no. of the shoe is 861-6801. The shoe is damaged because of the inferior quality.

Since I have paid Rs.699 I could not use recently. Action may kindly be taken to cure my damage. Since I have good faith in Bata products, I never kept the invoice which is irrecoverably lost.otherwise i give a complaint to Grakh Seva Kendra
