I ordered a shoe on 8 August around 1.45 P.M, but canceled it at around 9 A.M 9 August and placed a new order. I was told by bestylish customer care that the shoe wont be shipped as they have cancelled my order and my payment of 1695 INR, that I made thru my credit card will be refunded back to me within 7 days.
But to my surprise I found that they shipped it next morning and the consignment was again called back by company which they received back on 13th August. After this I was again given a assurance that they will refund money in 7 days. and since then its a month I am still waiting for my refund. Everytime I call customer care I get same answer that they need 7 more days. I am damn frustrated. Kindly suggest the right way of filing a case against them.
