During festival season, we purchased clothes from big bazar. A coupon along with the bill was issued to me stating discount on next purchase without mentioning date of expiry of the offer. At the time of next purchase, they refuse to consider discount stating that the period of offer is over. This is not the first incident with me but I have same bitter experience in past too.
This big/reputed store should not cheat the customers by misleading offers. Last time the product to be given was out of stock and after long waiting/discussions with them I was given substitute product of lower quality.
The customer care executive then try to fool customer and argue that the customer base is due to their various offers but they hide many important terms and conditons
