I placed the order on 2nd Week of August and they sent the product which was mismatched and the same has despatched Vide docket no:1447201 but the money not refunded yet.

Sending mails to bigshoebazaar.com but all in vain escalation mail also sent to purva@bigshoebazaar.com but no response
