Non receipt of Refund Money

I had purchased a shoe from www.bigshoebazaar.com amounting to rs. 1299/-, payemtn to be made by courier. They informed me to pay online as it was not possible to pay to their courier agent. I paid them the entire amount by online banking on 22-10. Order No 763651. They assured me that shoes will be despatched within 5-7 days. After 10-12 days I informed that i have not received the shoes yet. They replied that shoes are not available and will take few days more. After 5 days I again called them, no one picked up phone. After 15-20 tries they picked up phone and said shoes are still not available, and so I cancelled my order. They told me me to provide bank details. I provided the bank details on same day. After few days I mailed them to know the status of my refund cheque and despatch details.

Thereafter I had mailed them thrice but they never replied.

They never called or informed me regarding any of the queries. They also failed to refund me the amount.

I BELIEVE BIGSHOEBAZAAR.COM IS A FRAUD GROUP. BEWARE FROM BUYING FROM THEM.
