Fabric became loose

Dear sir,

Here, Aftab alam (sr.engr) belongs to Bareilly and a regular customer of Black berry. Atleast three mohths back i have purchased a khaki trauser (brown check) immediatly after fifteen days of use i found the fabric of the pant is getting loose and appearing zig-zag and the leg fold area

is emerging very clear. With all above i have lodged a complaint on dated 8/10 at your Bareilly store, in response to this your representative

form the store told me it will be not attend by my regonal manager. I asked him why it is so.then he told me that the complaint in this trouser is coming from your side only and not coming from any where else.so i don"t think we could help you. Now it is my request to you to please observe keenly in this case. Oterwise i will take the help of local media. I hope you will consider it.
