Trousers given for alteration misplaced by the store

I had purchased 2 trousers and 1 shirt from Options Store, Rajkot on 25/02. As the trouser needed alteration in length, i approached them for giving 2 trouser in alterations. They said to give it after few days because of some internal reasons. Thereafter, i had given trousers for alterations on 26/03 and when i approached them to collect my trousers on 03/04, they told me that they are not able to trace the trousers and told me to come next day. I went again on 05/04 but they were not able to give me trousers and took my mobile number and assured that they will call me next day. Next day again they called up and told me to personally visit the store. I again visited store on 08/04 and meet 2 - 3 executives (shore name of one of them was K C) and they were still not in position to trace out the trouser. Till date, i am not in possession of my trousers which i had purchased to wear in family function on 18/04 and 25/04. Request you to do the needful
