Pathetic and absolutely irresponsible company

I have sent one parcel from Pune to Rajkot (GUJARAT) on 8-Jun-07. It has not reached the destination even after 5 days. There is nobody to give an update or respond except the website which keeps on saying "IN TRANSIT". Isnt it a pathetic and absolutely irresponsible company???
