Non-receipt of eps scheme amount

Dear Sir,

Iam, G.ARAVINDA BABU aged 52 years, worked with Carona Ltd for 23 years. I have applied for the Employees Pension Scheme bearing no. MH/9264/2608 and I submitted the filled in application form alongwith all necessary documents including original scheme certificate, photos, etc., on 02-08.

For the past one year, I have been chasing thr Bandra PF office for the settlement of the same. But, it is highly regretting to convey, that every time when I call the concerned authourities, they give an unsatisfying reply, simply saying that the application is under process and takes a couple of months for the completion of the same. I have surpassed many two months so far and really request you to look into the matter seriously and expecting a positive action from you side.

I kindly would like to bring into your notice that Iam an unemployed person right now and appreciate your needful action into the matter.
