Footwear to very dis comfortable when complained not permitted to exchange

I purchased a LSWD 1286 KHAKHI 38 footwear (leather) from Woodland store 11/40-B Fashion Tower Cherooty road, Calicut, Kerala on 11.012012 as per bill no.2012111 and tired to wear it 12.01 2012 but it was so tight and legs started to itch and turned into reddish blue color and the sole started to get loose from the upper part. I called to the showroom and stated the complained and the asked me to bring it back and I can exchange. On 13.01.2012 I went to the showroom and detailed the complaints but to my total surprise they didn't permit me to exchange the item and behaved very irritably. I was totally astonished and returned.

please do the needful by giving proper instructions to the store to redress my complaint
