I had booked a consignment from New Delhi to Bangalore on 06/04 (LR #1378). Only half of the consignment reached Bangalore on 04/05). Four boxes of the remaining consignment was delivered on 10/05. There is one box with clothes, acessessories, and valuables is still pending. Numerous calls to the local office of the packers and movers have elicited no response. After a point, the packers have blocked all the calls from my number. They are not ready to provide the local address nor is it listed in their website other than the Chennai address. Please take suitable action against the party and help to get the consignment.
