Awb no.c37005955 parcel booked from tirupur on 4/10.2011 today 10/10 till not deliverd anb we hv lost
business worth of 50 lakhs due to non receipt of samples and we lost a client whom we depned 1 million usd business in a year. we understand 5'th and 6'th is a holidays due to dashera, but 7'th 8'th and even 10'th not
deliverd the parcel, the office located very much in city and yr office staff asking us to clllect the parcel from
yr office that too when we called up for status and the delivery boy do not even hv a mob no to trace.
very much shocked the way yr staff's reply no commitment and no professional handling and servicing,
very pathetic and vieard way reply's, no value for customer and their problems, i am sure this is my last expericence
with dtdc and even i am informing our clients also to not to use dtdc anymore.
