No Exchange despite of warranty

Hi, I bought Reebok Shoes from Creazy Enterprises based in Laxmi Nagar Delhi who is the authorized frenchize of Reebok product worth Rs.5599.00, dated on 13/05, but unfortunately after using some days that shoes got damaged when I reached at that outlet they refuse to either exchange or repare by saying that there is no waranty of upper part (Net of Shoes) so we can not do any thing while there is no such thing mentioned in their bill.

Please take a look at the same to prevent such fraud with consumer in future they should atlest mentioned their term and condition on the bill.
