Good Afternoon,
My name is Bhumika Bajaj, I managed to placed an order which i tried several times, under the name of Mandeep Singh on 18th March with order number 466604 on Deals and you website by paying with Debit card online. I was expecting my order to be delivered in 21 days, which I agreed but did not understand why I is so long.
On 01 April I made an attempt to contact their customer service and spoke with Miss shalini Kain to confirm my booking details. I was shocked with the response. The agent told me that your21days are not yet completed so you have to wait and then she gave me her closing statement of the call and hung up. I was so disgusted with this that I did not want to call their customer service again.
Today 21 April I contacted their customer service seeking further information about my order. I spoke to Mr Rahul Nagar and once again I was shocked, embarrassed and frustrated with the response. Agent said 'let me check aapka order kaha pada hua hai' he then said 'apko hum call karenge ki aapka order abhi kaha hai n kitno dino mei deliver hoga'. I was so disgusted with his response that I asked him why, instead of apologising and empathising he said 'apko tuesday ko call ayega'.
I felt like I am cheated. I paid the full amount online and now this is what I am getting.
Please look into the matter urgently.
