Money lose through debit card swipe

Dear Sir,

I registered a complaint in customer care. They provide me the dispute number 319948. (Total amount=1660) Actually, I did shopping in one textile shop. They swiped my debit card twice but due to some error, they cancelled. When i checked account statement, the amount got debited twice in my account but it is not credited in their account (textile shop). Please help me to get my amount back and do needful to debit my amount back as soon as possible

My card number is xxxx xxxx xxxx 5239.Am working so i dont have time to go to bank and register the dispute number (complaint)
