Product problem & confirmation letter not given for my query

Hello sir,

I am krishnakant soni, from jaipur i purchase one cotton paint 9n COMPANY.

A unit of F99 [ fashion upto 99 years].

My invoece no. is 1142

Goods: Trousers 1Pcs. Amount paid by me 554.25 Rs. INR.

After two weeks when i wash trouser than all the color faid on paint. when i reached at company shop than company refused me to change the paint. With out given any fault from me company not checked the product mistake and 9n company told me i will send your paint to F99 company. but after 5 days. my problem not solved and they told me ur trousers not changed by company when i told them just give me confirmation letter which received by you from F99 company they refused me. I pay service tax Four 4 % to govt. for using govt services.
