Cheque not received

Please note i have received a wrong delivery. Instead of brenna black clutch bag i have recieved one dress. The details are: invoice no fny/82343/10-11 order ref no 131851 net amount 1219.00 breanna black clutch bag 10 dec 01 kazo917-100511-black... i have been following up from december i returned the dress back but yet not received the money which was promised to me that i would receive... have been calling the call centre no 1206739999... and speking to various supervisor tarun/dev... i just get promises and no reply
