Fastrack bag
No service though its in the warranty period

I bought a Fastrack bag from Pantaloons on September 22. Its not even 1 month and the handle of the bag came off. I went to Pantaloons, Kaurgachi. Their executives said we dont cover this in warranty period. I asked them the contact details of the concerned people of Fastrack, who can do something about their defective products. The customer care executive of Pantaloons, Kaurgachi never bothered to give me the details, I asked for.
