Refund of Money

This is totally a fraud company who eats customers money. I ordered 2 products and the fetise cancelled one of them so i cancelled other one also. They promised me to refund the money in my bank account within 7 days but already its 21 days still no credit has been done. I called 3-4 time customer care who keep on telling same story that amt is initiated to credit in bank a/c, i also mailed them for which they never reply. Is there any way to log complaint in court and get compensation from fetise for cheating, wasting my time as well depressing me with no response. Such companies should be closed who don't provide customer service as well make fake promises.
