I, have an unusual complaint in the form of manufacturing defect. I purchased this GARNIER color naturals nourishing permanent hair colour creme from RELIANCE FRESH LIMITED, No.65, HEBER ROAD, BHEEMANAGAR, TRICHY, TAMILNADU 620001.THE BAR CODE NO.8 901526 204458.B no. B560768.PACKED ON 07-12.PRICE.129.00. at the begining of this month with all other house hold requirements for this month. But i came to find out this defect only today (30-05) WHEN I OPENED THE BOX containing developer liquid and colourant creme.to my shock the CREME TUBE IS WEIGHT LESS AND IT IS A COMPLETE FULL TUBE WITH OUT ANY DAMAGE..SO I WENT TO RELIANCE AND ASKED FOR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT THEIR "CUSTOMOR CARE " PEOPLE DOES NOT CARE AND WAS ANSWERING RUDELY WITH OUT ANY CARE OR CONCERN.THIS PRODUCT WOULD BE ENTERED IN THEIR SHOP.
